Litigation

Wayne Robbins brings his clients the practical skills developed in over 35 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts.  Mr. Robbins often litigates disputes between buyers and sellers of businesses and issues among owners of businesses including minority shareholder disputes.  Although his clients are often businesses and individuals being sued, he also represents plaintiffs in certain negligence and commercial cases.  Mr. Robbins, a certified mediator, realizes that litigation is not necessarily the optimal course for a client and may recommend alternative forms of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
