Having tried cases before judges and juries throughout central and eastern North Carolina, Mr. Sugg brings to each case the insight and skill gained over twenty years of courtroom experience. In fact, as an experienced arbitrator and with certification by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediated settlement conferences in Superior Court cases, Mr. Sugg often acts as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve disputes in which the parties are represented by other lawyers or firms in North Carolina.
